Specifies the vertical alignment of an element, including inside/outside for facing-page layouts.
Remarks
Used by and by other positioning APIs. The and values mirror automatically based on the page parity. The value is used for inline graphics that should not be repositioned. Position.VerticalAlignment inside outside inline
