Opens an existing HTML document.

- The full path to the HTML file to open.

Remarks
This method imports HTML content into the VDocs document model. The HTML is parsed and its content is converted to VDocs elements (paragraphs, tables, images, etc.). This feature is planned for a future release and is currently not implemented. Note:
