Creates a shallow clone of this element.
Clone()Returns
A new instance of the same runtime type with copied public property values.
Remarks
The clone is independent for value types but shares references to complex properties (lists, nested elements). Use this method when you need a new element with the same starting property values; apply manual deep-copy logic if true independence is required.
