Represents an outer (drop) shadow effect applied to a graphic element.
Remarks
extends with a single additional flag () that controls whether the shadow rotates together with the underlying shape. All other shadow characteristics (fill color, blur, direction, distance, skew, and scale factors) are inherited from .
