Represents conditional formatting flags for table styles.

Remarks

is a simple container of nullable boolean flags that indicate which special formatting cases should be applied to table rows and columns (for example banding, first/last row or column styling, and corner-specific formatting). Nullable booleans allow callers to differentiate between "not specified" () and an explicit / decision.
