VegaRise operates VegaRise.com and sells VDocs software licenses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact: name, email, billing address, phone (if provided).
  • Purchase Data: order ID, amount, currency, payment status, and masked payment info from our payment partner.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies, logs for fraud prevention and analytics.
  • Support: details you share when contacting us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process orders and deliver license keys.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce policies, and provide support.
  • Send service emails (receipts, license delivery, renewal reminders).
  • Improve our site, products, and user experience.

3. Payments

We use Razorpay to process payments. Payment details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store full card details on our servers. For more on their practices, see Razorpay’s privacy/security documentation.

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for checkout/session and optional analytics cookies (if enabled). You may control cookies via your browser settings.

5. Data Sharing

  • Service Providers: payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, hosting, analytics—only as needed.

We retain purchase and account records for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, and to support license verification.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your purchase and use of VDocs from VegaRise (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using VDocs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Licensing

  • License: VDocs is licensed, not sold. The license type (e.g., per-developer, per-app, or subscription) is shown at checkout and in your order email.
  • Usage: You may use the software only as permitted by the license. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or sublicensing is prohibited unless expressly allowed.
  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights remain with VegaRise.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices and taxes are shown at checkout and may change without notice (changes do not affect completed orders).
  • We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud) with a prompt refund where applicable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We do not store full card details.

4. Delivery

VDocs license keys and download instructions are delivered electronically to your email/account after successful payment. See our “Shipping & Delivery” page for details.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

See our separate “Cancellation & Refund Policy” page. Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Support & Updates

  • Support entitlement (channels, response times) depends on your license plan.
  • Updates are provided for the duration of your plan/maintenance term. Major upgrades may be charged separately unless included in your plan.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

VDocs is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate licenses for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud/abuse.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

VDocs licenses are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a license key is generated/delivered, refunds are generally not possible, except where required by law or specifically stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Duplicate purchase: If you purchased the same license more than once accidentally and have not activated/used the extra key(s), contact us within 3 days for a refund of the duplicate order.
  • Failed delivery: If you did not receive your license email within 8 hours, check spam, then contact support. We will re-send or refund if we cannot deliver.
  • Technical issues: If you encounter a confirmed, critical defect that prevents basic use and we cannot provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable

  • Activated license keys or licenses used to generate production documents.
  • Customization, consulting, or installation services.
  • Expired maintenance/subscription periods.

4. Cancellations

  • One-time licenses: Cancellable before license generation only.
  • Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds unless required by law.

5. How to Request

Email Sales@Vegarise.com with your order ID, email used at checkout, and reason. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times depend on the payment instrument and bank.
